How to shop with us:
To make a purchase on bremdal.radio.dk, you must go through 5 steps.
1. Find the product(s) you want and put them in the shopping basket, then go to the checkout.
2. Enter your personal information
3. Select shipping/payment method
4. Accept our terms of business
5. Check that all information is correct on the collection page and approve and pay for the purchase
Order:
At bremdal-radio.dk you can only order goods via our website. If you have inquiries about items that are not on the page, please feel free to contact us.
In our large store in Bremdal by Struer, you can also get guidance and good advice for your purchases.
The prices do not include VAT, unless the item is new. Due to the rules for used VAT. The prices are daily prices.
When you shop with bremdal-radio.dk, agreements are made in Danish.
It is not possible to view previous orders when logging in to the website. We automatically send a copy of your order confirmation when you shop at Bremdal Radio.
Payment
At bremdal-radio.dk you can pay with:

• Payment via bank transfer
There is no fee when paying at bremdal-radio.dk with a Danish card. International cards are subject to the applicable rates.
The amount is only withdrawn from your card when the goods are sent from bremdal-radio.dk . An amount greater than what you have approved at the time of purchase can never be withdrawn.

Freight:
To have your goods delivered, you must pay shipping. The freight depends on the weight and size of the package as well as the type of product you want to buy. You get the current shipping cost when you order the item. However, the freight prices are only pleasing in Denmark.
VAT:
All used products are covered by the special rules for second-hand VAT, and this means that the buyer cannot deduct purchase VAT. New products are of course subject to 25% VAT.
Delivery:
Delivery is with GLS. The delivery time is normally 2-4 working days. We deliver to all of Europe.
Right of withdrawal:
You have 14 days to cancel, starting from the moment you receive the item with GLS.
If you cancel your purchase, you must return the item in undamaged condition within 14 days. You must send the item back to:

You will receive a confirmation that we have received the item.
You will then get your money back within 30 days.
